Congratulations to the winners of this year’s Hearts for the Arts Awards, recognising the UK’s unsung local heroes of community arts.

The shortlist has been announced for the National Campaign for the Arts’ (NCA) Hearts For The Arts Awards 2019.

Nominations are now open for the 2019 Hearts for the Arts Awards. The Awards are a celebration of cultural champions within Local Authority and the projects that place the arts at the centre of community life.

Cliff Morris (Leader of Bolton Council 2006-2017) was yesterday presented with his 2018 Hearts for the Arts Award by NCA chair Samuel West, in front of his fellow Bolton councillors at their council meeting.
